1. RENTAL TERMS AND PAYMENT

Pay 25% deposit to hold your booking and you will be sent a payment link 24 hours before your booking to pay the remaining balance.

2. CANCELLATION POLICY

Full Refund: Cancellations made between 7-14 days prior to the rental date will receive a full refund of all fees paid.

Forfeiture of deposit: Cancellations not made at least 7-14 days before the rental due date will result in forfeiture of the deposit.

Cancellation by Owner: The Owner reserves the right to cancel the rental at any time due to emergencies, safety concerns, or force majeure events. In such cases, the Renter will receive a full Security deposit.

3. CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

Condition of Premises: The Renter agrees to leave the space in the same condition as it was received. Any damages, excessive mess, or disorder left behind may result in deductions from the security deposit.

Cleaning Fee: A cleaning fee of $90 will be deducted from the security deposit if the space is not left clean and orderly at the conclusion of the rental period. This includes, but is not limited to, the removal of trash, sweeping, and general tidying of the area used.

Damage to Property: The Renter is responsible for any damage to the space, its furnishings, or equipment caused by themselves or their guests during the rental period. The cost of repairs will be deducted from the security deposit, and if damages exceed the amount of the security deposit, the Renter will be liable for the excess costs.
